- If an order is canceled before it leaves the supplier’s factory, there is no charge. Once shipped, supplier return fees (up to 40%) and shipping costs may apply.

- We ship to the nearest depot by default. Door-to-door shipping is available, but costs vary depending on location.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or suppliers.
- Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are subject to supplier policies. Some suppliers charge up to a 40% return fee once a product has left their factory.
- Shipping costs for returns vary and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.
